As soon as your order is despatched you will receive a notification e-mail. If for any possible reason we cannot deliver your order within the timescale or if it is not possible to fulfil your order (if supplier is out of stock) we will inform you by email or telephone.
Should your order consist of multiple items, some of which are not in stock, we will despatch the complete order once everything has arrived in stock. This will generally be no longer than 3 to 4 days. Should lead times be more than this we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.
Next day delivery is defined as "The next working day following your order between 8am and 5pm". If you need a specific delivery time please select from the various options at checkout.
Local orders can be collected during office hours at our Trade Counter in Hunslet, Leeds or can be delivered same day at extra cost to be confirmed at the time of the order.
